How to change shutter speed on Canon PowerShot A590 IS?

kinda in the title ^_^ I dont know where the manual is, so don%26#039;t tell me to look there. If you can find it online, I%26#039;d appreciate the link and page number, or just tell me how to do it lol.|||Set your mode dial on the top of the camera to shutter priority which is Tv (abbreviation for time value) on the dial. Then, press the right or left arrow keys on the back of your camera to adjust shutter speed. You will have to remain in shutter priority mode (Tv) in order to keep the setting. You could also use Manual mode ( M on the mode dial ) and then you would set both the shutter speed and the aperture size. To do that, hit the +/- button to toggle back and forth from Aperature to Shutter settings, and again use the right or left arrow button to change them.|||http://www.nodevice.com/user_manual/cano鈥?/a>
