How to change shutter speed on Samsung SL620?

I know there%26#039;s a way to but, i can%26#039;t figure it out now!!|||Have you tried reading the instruction book - - -|||you cant do it during the day, but you can do it in night mode. you can only use it at night or it will be a white picture. turn the dial thing to scene and select night mode. click the fn (function) button. change the second value to the ammount of time the shutter will stay open. hope this helps!
