How do i change my shutter speed?
Hi just downloaded your manual ,firstly I really like the coolpix range they are easy to use and produce good photos, however, they are slightly restrictive in their creativity,it seems that you cannot manually change the shutter speed or aperture, this said your camera has a shutter range of 1/1000 to 4 seconds but is controlled only by the presets in the camera a general rule bright conditions fast shutter, dim conditons slow shutter and turning the flash on or of can affect shutter speed,if the worst comes to worst cheat with a graphics program!,good luck.

did you try reading the manual that came with your camera?

if you don't have one you can download it from the manufacturers website.

you 'believe' you have a coolpix s210. you aren't sure?

how are we supposed to help when you can't even tell us what camera you actually have?

the s210 - if that's what you have - is a cheap point and click. it doesn't allow much (if any) adjustment to expsoure controls such as aperture or shutter speed.
