i have an olympus fe 370 and i cant figure out how to change the shutter speed, if its possible.

My quick look through the manual http://www.olympusamerica.com/files/FE-3鈥?/a> including checks on the table of contents (refers to p.15) and the index (nothing) suggests that while this camera will do a huge number of things for you and take pictures under a great range of shutter speeds, what it will not let you do is control the shutter speed (or the aperture.) Everything is linked to the ISO film speed.
