How do I change the shutter speed on my Panasonic camera?

I have a Panasonic dmc-fz28 camera and I have no idea how to change the shutter speed or ISO (I'm not even sure what ISO is)

If someone could help I'd really appreciate it :)

Your camera has full manual controls (aperture and shutter priority modes)...which allows you set the shutter speed and/or aperture. To learn how to do it, you need to have a read of your Manual (just look up Shutter-Priority AE in the Index).

To learn about ISO and how to change it...just look up ISO Sensitivity in the Index.

If you don't have the manual, then you should go to Panasonic.com, look up your camera model and then download it (Panasonic calls it...Operating Instructions).

p.s. if you want to learn more about anything to do with photography, I have provided a couple of tutorial links to get you started...
