How to change shutter speed on nikon d60?

You can put it in S mode, and use the thumbwheel to set the shutter speed. The aperture will get set automatically. Pressing the +/- button and turning the thumbwheel will adjust exposure compensation for the camera's aperture selection.



You can put it in M mode and use the thumbwheel to set the shutter speed. Pressing the +/- button and turning the thumbwheel will adjust your aperture.



You can indirectly select the speed by putting it in A mode. Use the thumbwheel to select the aperture. The shutter speed will get set automatically. Pressing the +/- button and turning the thumbwheel will adjust exposure compensation for the camera's speed selection.
