How do i change the shutter speed on a HP Photosmart C618 camera?

Photo Assist Menu.
Once in there you need to select Exposure, which will get you into the sub menu. Scroll down till you get to Shutter Priority (Tv).
Have a look in your User Guide, pages 55-61 for help on using the Photo Assist Menu.
